Exchange – Terms and Conditions

  • Customer can exchange the order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxers and shorts. Stationary products like stickers are also a part of no return / no exchange products.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which 
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or 
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at support@supremacy101.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹80
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • Refusal of Order Delivery Policy

    Once an order is confirmed by the customer (via Cash on Delivery or Prepaid payment), we process, pack, and ship it with associated logistics costs.

    • If a customer refuses to accept delivery after confirming the order, a delivery charge of ₹65 + 18% GST (₹76.70 total) will be levied.

    • This charge is applicable regardless of the order value, as it covers our forward and return logistics expenses.

    EXCHANGE POLICY:
